Palabras was born in the UK, inspired by a Mexican way of seeing the world: expressive, warm, playful and never afraid of a good phrase.

Growing up with Spanish-speaking culture while building a life in the UK gave us a love for the little differences in the way people express themselves — the humour, the affection, the confidence and sometimes the beautifully untranslatable things we say.

Palabras brings those worlds together.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made to order through our production partners.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is placed, it goes into production and is then shipped directly to you. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout — you'll see estimated delivery dates before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are produced and dispatched through Gelato's local production network to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Can I return my order?

ecause every item is made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
